New York Style Barbecue

Like many great ideas, our dad’s master recipes began with a simple question – how can I make the best barbecue? He started with a clean slate - no templates and no imitations – he experimented with our homemade smoker to balance the smoky, savory, and sweet flavors. He tried thousands, and we mean thousands, of different temperatures, cooking times, and spice combinations. With each effort, he came one step closer to his crowned achievement – America’s first New York Style Barbecue.

He showcases his recipes at his restaurant in Rhinebeck, NY. With COVID-19, we recognize the need for family time and safety. Our mission is simple: to establish America’s first New York Style Barbecue and bring families together. By creating this platform, we offer a unique dining experience designed to bring families together while staying COVID-safe.

Our Meats

Brisket

Family farm raised Black Angus Brisket that we cover in our secret dry rub, slow smoke until bark has formed, and hand carve to serve. Tender and bold enough to stand alone at the dinner table, but perfect for a craft sandwich.

Pastrami

Family farm raised Black Angus Brisket that we brine with our secret recipe, cover in our secret dry rub, slow smoke until the bark has formed, and hand carve to serve. Homemade pastrami is an art form that few master. The final product has beautiful marbling, a tender bite, and powerful flavor.

St. Louis Ribs

The traditional barbecue rib that we treat to our secret blend of spices, smoke until tender and rich, and finish on the grill to perfection. The New York Style of Barbecue is sauce optional. We encourage our customers to enjoy the ribs lathered in our BBQ sauce, but they have enough flavor to stand on their own.

Baby Back Ribs

Slightly leaner and smaller than the traditional barbecue rib. We cover these ribs in our secret blend of spices, smoke until tender and rich, and finish on the grill to perfection. These New York Style ribs are sauce optional. We encourage our customers to enjoy the ribs lathered in our BBQ sauce, but they have enough flavor to stand on their own.

Smoked Duck

We select choice ducks that we cover in our duck-specific rub and slow smoke to make the most of the rich, tender duck meat. Look for the beautiful mahogany notes from the smoker, the color speaks for itself.

Smoked Wings

We marinate our wings in a unique blend of spices and sauces, and then we smoke them to perfection. We pack these wings with flavor, so they do not need sauce – voted best Naked Wing by Wing Wars 2016.  

Sausage

We smoke our hot and sweet sausage to perfection. Smoking the sausage adds deep notes of smoke and char that enhance the natural flavor built into the sausage blend. The hot sausage is a mild blend, and the sweet sausage is good for everyone regardless of sensitivity to spice.

Cornbread
